I believe an individual will become the best version of themselves when they have a relationship that allows a safe space to do so. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, moving at the pace that the client desires. I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are and working at the pace of the client. I am committed to helping individuals cope with the challenges they may face in life. I focus on creating a safe place for an individual to feel, experience, and express themselves. I believe in the power of unconditional acceptance and the therapeutic relationship to empower an individual towards positive change.
